Solar Engineer / Site Engineer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Solar Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The role involves designing, installing, and supervising solar PV systems while ensuring safety, quality, and performance on site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assist in the design of on‑grid, off‑grid, and hybrid solar systems.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for solar projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate material procurement and manage project timelines with cross‑functional teams.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues, provide technical solutions, and prepare detailed project reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience with solar PV projects.
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
