About the role
We are seeking a Solar Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The role involves designing, installing, and supervising solar PV systems while ensuring safety, quality, and performance on site.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and assist in the design of on‑grid, off‑grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for solar projects.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate material procurement and manage project timelines with cross‑functional teams.
- Troubleshoot on‑site issues, provide technical solutions, and prepare detailed project reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience with solar PV projects.
- Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
