Solution Architect – Node.js, React.js & React Native

About the role

Confiz is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and optimisation of web and mobile front‑ends. You will shape a modular, digital‑first architecture that delivers fast, flexible and personalised experiences for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical thought leader for all front‑end teams delivering digital solutions.
• Define high‑level architecture and translate it into detailed technical designs for Web, App, SSO and e‑commerce components.
• Convert functional and non‑functional requirements into robust solution designs.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align requirements with final proposals.
• Document architectural decisions in ADRs and guide engineering teams in tool and provider selection.
• Facilitate design‑review sessions and ensure compliance with security, data‑protection and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 3‑5 years in a solution‑architect role.
• Proven experience building complex enterprise solutions with multiple dependencies.
• Strong understanding of head‑less, micro‑services, API‑first and event‑driven architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and SaaS/custom‑built applications.
• Ability to communicate design choices to senior stakeholders using documented analytical approaches.
