Solutions Architect – Remote Contract

About the role

Our client, a global leader in technology and internet services, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while designing and delivering scalable cloud‑native solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for high‑impact projects in a cloud‑native environment.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions support business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on scalability, performance, security, and best practices.
• Document architectural decisions and solution designs for future reference.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in microservices and serverless architecture patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
