Sound Engineer

About the role

Arista Vision is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sound Engineer to join its team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will set up, operate and maintain audio equipment for LED video walls, digital signage installations and live or corporate events, ensuring high‑quality sound that complements the company’s visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and install sound systems for various venues and events.
• Conduct sound checks and manage audio levels to deliver clear, balanced output.
• Diagnose and resolve technical audio issues, including cabling and hardware faults.
• Coordinate with project and installation teams to integrate audio with visual displays.
• Document equipment setups, maintenance activities and technical procedures.
• Work directly with clients to understand their audio requirements and provide solutions.
• Maintain and service audio equipment, ensuring reliability for future projects.
• Adapt schedules and work flexible hours based on project and event timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience with professional audio systems such as mixers, amplifiers, microphones, speakers and signal processors.
• Strong live‑sound mixing and audio routing skills for diverse environments.
• Solid understanding of audio signal flow, gain staging, EQ, compression and basic acoustics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix technical audio problems efficiently.
• Willingness to work in the field, lift and position equipment, and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with installation crews, sales teams and clients.
• Prior experience in AV, events, broadcasting or related industries is highly desirable.
• Diploma or degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
