About the role

Ozeol is a worldwide supplier of B2B products, specializing in stock clearance and purchasing surplus products such as textiles, toys, shoes and accessories. It is looking for a Sourcing Agent (Sourcer) in Lahore who can hunt for potential suppliers across digital platforms, spot overstock opportunities and feed the company's system with high-quality data. The role suits someone with a detective mindset, quick, tech-savvy and proactive.

Key responsibilities

• Find and evaluate new suppliers based on briefs from the Team Leader.
• Use AI tools, data analytics and web scraping to make sourcing faster and smarter.
• Learn from feedback to improve sourcing skills continuously.
• Ensure all sourced supplier information is accurate and ready for use.
• Work closely with the Prospection and Negotiation teams in a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement or a related field.
• Background in market research, sales or lead generation is a plus.
• Fluent English is required; some French is a bonus.
• Proactive, responsive, with a keen eye for detail and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Comfortable with digital tools, AI and automation.
• Interest in or familiarity with web scraping.
