Spanish-Speaking Account Manager (US Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Account Manager to join RDX Sports on a US‑based shift. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with Spanish‑speaking clients, converting qualified leads into long‑term business, and driving revenue growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Conduct outbound and follow‑up calls, emails, and virtual meetings with qualified leads.
• Convert provided leads into long‑term business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure strong customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Logistics) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
• Ability to work independently on US business hours while managing multiple accounts.
• Results‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
