Spare Part Associate

About the role

The Spare Part Associate will join CCI's Supply Chain team in Haripur, KPK, supporting the management of spare parts inventory for our beverage production facilities. You will ensure data accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with engineering and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Update and define spare parts data in the system.
• Evaluate stock that falls below MRP parameters with engineers and trigger purchasing when needed.
• Perform physical, technical and numerical checks of incoming spare parts against waybills and invoices.
• Identify and test alternative suppliers together with procurement and technical teams.
• Record stock movements and usage forms in the SAP system.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and report results.
• Check other plant stocks for missing spare parts and arrange supply based on availability.

Required profile

• Associate degree (or equivalent).
