Specialist Account Executive – Amazon Catalogue & Compliance

About the role

Invinci Agency is seeking a Specialist Account Executive to manage Amazon catalogue data, listing health and regulatory compliance for a highly regulated, age‑gated consumer portfolio. The role is onsite in Karachi, working 4 hours daily (2 pm‑6 pm PKT) with the possibility of transitioning to full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage item setup, detail page attributes and variation structures in Amazon UK Vendor Central.
• Monitor and resolve product misclassifications and compliance flags via the Vendor Central “Manage Product Compliance” dashboard.
• Investigate and appeal automated listing suppressions (Andon Cords) by submitting regulatory evidence and safety data.
• Coordinate catalogue overrides with Amazon Brand Registry and Vendor Manager to replace incorrect third‑party data.
• Mitigate operational chargebacks by aligning packaging and catalogue dimensions with logistics teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P) in an agency or high‑volume consumer goods environment.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon compliance, dangerous goods and age‑gated product regulations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot catalogue issues using flat files, item maintenance feeds and attribute overrides.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2+) and based in Karachi with daily onsite availability.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Use of AI tools to draft appeals and accelerate routine tasks.
• Experience with flat‑file uploads and catalogue attribute management.
