Specialist, Commercial Contract Support (EMEA Shift)

About the role

The Commercial Contract Support Specialist ensures smooth operation of the contract management team by handling daily tasks, accurate data entry, and providing operational support to the Team Manager and Senior Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Enter contract data into CPQ and manage global orders, including new, amended and renewal contracts.
• Track case statuses from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing, monitoring escalations and coordinating with Sales and other departments.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries on products, billing, account changes, cancellations and rebill requests.
• Document all activities in CPQ, support audit readiness and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to track cases and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CPQ systems or similar contract data entry platforms.
• Experience managing complex global orders and amendments.
• Ability to monitor escalations, gather information and resolve issues promptly.
