Specialist Legal Support – Headquarters

About the role

JazzWorld is looking for a dynamic Specialist – Legal Support to join its Legal Department under Service Operations. Based at the Islamabad headquarters, the role will independently manage purchase requisitions, receipting, invoice processing and related reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute PR fulfillment, receipting and invoice processing in Oracle Fusion, monitoring PO fund availability and approvals.
• Manage monthly accruals for assigned legal functions.
• Resolve stakeholder queries on invoices, PRs and receipting to remove bottlenecks.
• Prepare sourcing forms (No Sourcing, Competitive Bidding, SSD) in line with procurement guidelines.
• Conduct business partner compliance screening using KYC360.
• Maintain the GEMS platform for VEON entities across jurisdictions.
• Administer the Tymetrix e‑billing system, handling matter management, law‑firm onboarding and invoice processing.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support automation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
• BBA/MBA or ACCA/ICMA finalist.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality results.
