Specialist S&OP – Inventory Management

About the role
The Specialist S&OP is responsible for managing inventory across all KE departments, ensuring optimal stock levels, quality compliance, and efficient warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and monitor inventory management activities, including disposal, receiving, distribution and maintenance.
- Conduct regular site visits, oversee material handling, and ensure SAP inventory postings are accurate.
- Coordinate with planning, logistics, and QA teams to manage critical stock, deliveries and warranty issues.
- Lead store supervisors and workforce, handle performance reviews, training and budgeting.
- Drive process improvements, SAP enhancements and automation initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant inventory or supply‑chain experience.
- Strong analytical, strategic decision‑making and team‑leadership abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP inventory modules and reporting.
- Knowledge of warehouse SOPs, HSEQ guidelines and inventory audit procedures.
