Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) – Onsite, Lahore

About the role

The school is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and support for students with communication needs. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed speech, language, and communication assessments using formal and informal tools.
• Develop individualized communication goals and functional programs aligned with the curriculum.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including the use of AAC systems.
• Collaborate with teachers to embed communication goals into classroom routines.
• Train parents and families on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Work with multidisciplinary team members such as psychologists, OT, PT, and special educators.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in professional development and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and monitor progress.
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 75,000 – 150,000 per month.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑2 PM.
• Onsite location at Gate No 3, Sharif Medical City Rd, Jati Umrah, Lahore.
• No transportation provided – candidates must arrange their own commute.
