SQA Engineer – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

Haball Private Limited is seeking an SQA Engineer to join its technology team in Karachi. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of both web and mobile applications through manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans for web and mobile applications.
• Track and manage defects in collaboration with relevant development and QA teams.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing product quality after changes.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional coverage.
• Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Analyze test results and identify potential issues for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to diagnose defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Java and Python programming/scripting languages.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG testing tools.
