SQA Engineer – Manual Testing & API QA

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented SQA Engineer to join our product team. The role focuses on manual testing of web, desktop and mobile applications, as well as API and database validation, ensuring high‑quality releases.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile applications
- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases
- Conduct API testing using Postman and validate responses
- Validate data accuracy with SQL queries
- Identify, report, and track defects using Jira
- Execute regression, smoke, and functional testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members
- Participate in Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong expertise in manual testing and QA processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Required skills
- Manual testing
- API testing (Postman)
- SQL for database validation
- Jira for defect tracking
- Playwright (basic knowledge)
- Page Object Model (POM) understanding
- Basic performance testing knowledge
