SQA Manual Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SQA Manual Engineer to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The role involves designing test artifacts, executing manual tests, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver a high‑quality product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Identify, record, and track defects using bug‑tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Participate in requirement reviews to provide early feedback and ensure testability.
• Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing before releases.
• Ensure applications meet user experience and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Bugzilla.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience with cross‑device and cross‑platform testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
