Staff Level Flutter Engineer

About the role

PsychPlus is seeking a Staff Flutter Engineer to lead the technical direction of its mobile applications, delivering secure and intuitive healthcare experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the architecture of Flutter applications, establishing scalable patterns for state management, navigation, networking, and persistence.
• Design and develop high‑quality production apps using Flutter and Dart, integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, analytics, and third‑party services.
• Ensure privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance throughout the app lifecycle, collaborating with security and backend teams.
• Establish automated testing strategies, improve CI/CD pipelines, and monitor production performance.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers, lead technical design discussions, and promote engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production mobile apps.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Flutter/Dart experience and deep understanding of Flutter architecture.
• Proven ability to design scalable mobile architectures and lead technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills.
