About the role
The Steakhouse Restaurant Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for overseeing daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a steakhouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure service standards, food quality, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, monitor satisfaction, and manage reservations.
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Implement operational procedures, monitor costs and sales, and support promotional activities.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑facing skills with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience.
- Proven experience in team leadership, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication abilities for interacting with guests, team members, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations, steakhouse menu items, food safety, and service standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control.
