Store Executive

About the role

The Store Executive will manage the receiving, storage, tracking, and issuing of electric bikes, spare parts, batteries, and accessories. The role ensures accurate stock records and timely availability for dealers, showrooms, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect bikes, kits, batteries, chargers, and parts against delivery documents, reporting any shortages or damages.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel, implement a bin/location system, and conduct regular FIFO stock counts.
• Issue bikes and parts only with approved orders, prepare bikes for dispatch, and coordinate with logistics.
• Prepare daily stock position reports, raise reorder requests, and coordinate with sales, dealers, after‑sales, and accounts.
• Handle returned or defective items, updating their status for warranty and traceability.

Required profile

• Diploma or related education; diploma holders with relevant experience considered.
• 2–4 years of store or inventory management experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or EV/electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping abilities.
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English.
