Store Executive – SAP & Inventory Management

About the role

The Store Executive will manage all store‑related activities with a strong focus on SAP processes and inventory control. The role ensures accurate material flow, compliance with SOPs, and seamless coordination between engineering, finance and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP tasks such as Material Code Opening, Purchase Order management, Rejection Records and Goods Receipt Notes.
• Maintain daily inventory records and ensure accurate stock availability.
• Manage SAP MM schedules and data to guarantee timely material flow.
• Validate purchase requisitions with Engineering and generate corresponding purchase orders in SAP.
• Identify and resolve supply‑chain bottlenecks by analysing and improving SAP workflows.
• Cross‑verify legacy system data with store and finance records for 100% accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Finance (FICO) team to address discrepancies and optimise inventory management.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal terms while maintaining strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s holders or two years for Master’s holders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
