Store Manager – Inventory & Supply Chain

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our inventory and supply‑chain operations at IF Zippers, a leading zipper manufacturer located in the Karachi Export Processing Zone. The role combines hands‑on stock control with team leadership in a fast‑paced export environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise, train and motivate store staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and a safe workplace.
- Coordinate the flow of materials from receipt through dispatch, working closely with procurement, production and logistics teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory and supply‑chain reports for senior management.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of store management experience, preferably in textile or manufacturing settings.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes within an export‑zone environment.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
