About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Karim Block outlet in Lahore. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, empower, develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Oversee inventory, payroll, visual merchandising and daily store operations.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for customers and staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, kneeling and climbing ladders.
- Passion for the Levi’s brand and commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
