About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager with a legal background to lead high‑impact initiatives for a global leader in legal services. This full‑time remote position focuses on aligning legal strategy with business objectives and driving cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end legal projects from scoping through delivery.
Develop and implement project plans that support business goals.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Track progress against milestones, report outcomes, and manage documentation.
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of legal project management experience in corporate or law‑firm environments.
Strong understanding of legal processes and project‑management frameworks.
Proven ability to work with legal‑technology tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
