Student Counselor (Remote)

About the role

The Student Counselor will support prospective students interested in studying abroad by providing clear guidance, answering queries, and assisting them through each step of the admission process. This fully remote position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students on study‑abroad opportunities and program options.
• Communicate with prospective applicants, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Manage follow‑ups and track progress throughout the admission and enrollment process.
• Assist students in completing application forms, gathering required documents, and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 16 years of education (high school diploma or higher).
• At least one year of experience in student counselling, education advisory, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
