Subject Specialist K-8 – Curriculum Development

About the role

We are looking for a Subject Specialist K‑8 to join our academic team in Lahore. The specialist will design and deliver curriculum content for kindergarten through grade 8, ensuring consistency and high educational standards across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum materials for K‑8 subjects.
• Mentor and support teachers with subject‑specific guidance and instructional strategies.
• Design and assist with assessments, evaluations, and student progress tracking.
• Stay current with modern pedagogical approaches and integrate them into teaching resources.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align content with organizational standards and policies.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in K‑8 curriculum development and subject matter knowledge.
• Proven instructional design and teaching strategy skills.
• Experience in assessment design and student progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities for working with educators.
• Proficiency with educational technology and digital teaching tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an academic team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Prior teaching or curriculum development experience is preferred.
