About the role
We are looking for a Supervisor to manage and organise customer deliveries, ensuring the right quantity and specifications are met while maintaining smooth customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise deliveries to customers/clients in the correct quantity and specification.
- Stay informed about orders and stock availability, leading timely and efficient deliveries.
- Coordinate with Operations, Store management, Head Office, Buyers, Field Sales and Delivery teams as needed.
- Verify daily fuel costing and transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Update daily KPIs and handle customer complaints related to delivery issues.
- Gather periodic customer feedback and coordinate with head office on fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing and third‑party vehicle expenses.
- Perform competitor promotion checks and provide feedback to the Buying Department.
- Coach and train team members on new concepts, technology and functionality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
