Supervisor – Operations & Project Management

About the role

Zidan Pakistan is seeking a full‑time Supervisor to lead daily operations and coordinate project activities at its Islamabad office. The role ensures client deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with the agency’s branding goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team operations, assign tasks, monitor performance and manage workflow coordination.
• Coordinate project activities, track key performance indicators and report status to leadership.
• Mentor and support team members, facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience with a proven ability to plan, prioritize and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities focused on maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with project management software.
