Supervisor Quality Assurance & Production Accessories

About the role

Support and drive product development for sporting goods accessories such as goalkeeper gloves, footballs, shin guards, handballs and related small items. Ensure timely execution of development milestones with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned styles through development stages from prototyping to sample approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sample progress, technical execution, and corrections.
• Support costing and feasibility discussions and track development timelines.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (BU, Materials, Order Management, Production, QA) on product specifications and updates.
• Follow up on quality standards, testing requirements and maintain accurate development data.
• Escalate risks or delays promptly.

Required profile

• University degree in Sports Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–4+ years experience in product development, preferably accessories.
• Strong knowledge of product construction, materials and development processes.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and communication skills.
