Supply Chain Executive (Amazon FBA) – Home Textiles

About the role

ETL Sourcing – Textiles is looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage end‑to‑end operations for its Amazon FBA home‑textiles brand. The role combines Amazon Seller Central management, textile sourcing, demand planning and logistics coordination to ensure inventory health and cost‑effective fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Build weekly and monthly forecasts at the ASIN level, maintain safety stock and monitor IPI scores, aged and stranded inventory.
• Create and route FBA shipments, handle cartonisation, labeling, and schedule FC appointments.
• Raise purchase orders, follow up with mills on weaving, dyeing, stitching and packaging compliance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and 3PLs, manage shipment documentation (CI, PL, COO, HS codes) and ensure on‑time delivery to fulfillment centers.
• Develop dashboards for forecast vs. actuals, OTIF, inventory turns, days on hand, landed cost and margins.
• Standardise SOPs for inbound processing, labeling and exception handling, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Executive‑level experience in Amazon FBA operations and textile sourcing.
• Proven track record in demand planning, inventory health management and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise fees and packaging.

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central (shipments, cartonisation, inventory health).
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Forecasting and demand planning.
• Inventory health management (IPI, restock limits, stranded stock).
• Textile specification analysis (GSM, yarn count, shrinkage, colorfastness, AQL).
• Packaging compliance and fee optimisation.
• Freight forwarding and 3PL coordination.
• HS code classification and Incoterms knowledge.
• Dashboard creation and reporting (Excel/PowerBI).
