Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will oversee the issuance and tracking of civil‑works and optical‑fiber‑cable (OFC) materials, tools, and equipment. You will act as a central point for inventory control, invoicing, and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage issuance of civil‑works and OFC materials such as ducts, RPC covers, and fiber cables.
• Issue, maintain, and track tools and equipment.
• Handle hardware tickets, coordinate resolution with relevant teams, and process related invoicing through SAP.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, consumables, invoices, and other supply‑chain transactions.
• Process civil bills, prepare reports, and support miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Process employee‑related financial requests including salary, travel, petty‑cash, and uniform reimbursements.
• Maintain manual attendance, overtime, medical, and leave documentation.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and tracking of bike trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (BS Accounting & Finance, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, etc.).
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of supply‑chain concepts.
• Ability to handle support, administrative and operational tasks.
