Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for scheduling and optimizing the usage of production materials, ensuring supplier quality and timeliness, and managing the flow of materials and finished goods to meet customer demand efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and define quantities based on call‑offs and demand forecasts.
• Prepare material requirement planning (MRP) and manage warehouse and logistics operations.
• Issue purchase orders for required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare master schedules, analyze production specifications, and adjust plans to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Prepare performance reports and monitor key performance indicators such as purchase price variance and supplier delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering or business administration (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, procurement and logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics.
• Experience with SAP B1.
• Knowledge of MRP processes.
