Supply Chain Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a high‑volume e‑commerce platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on coordinating logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimise procurement, production and distribution.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Oversee inventory across multiple warehouses to avoid stockouts and excess holding costs.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline shipping, customs clearance and last‑mile delivery.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost‑reduction improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proficiency with supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle or JDA.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding and customs compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
