Supply Chain Purchase Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Purchase Order Fulfillment Specialist will manage open purchase orders from initiation to completion for assigned categories and brands, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all open drop‑ship orders (manual & EDI) with vendors to ensure prompt fulfillment.
• Daily review of open manual and EDI drop‑ship orders and backorders, expediting fulfillment and communicating issues.
• Interface with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve order status, ETA/ETS updates, and SLA requests.
• Maintain proficiency with primary vendors’ systems and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred supply chain degree).
• 1‑2 years experience in an offshore/outsourced sales, operations, or supply‑chain role, preferably in reseller hardware/software.
• General understanding of IT products and terminology.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) handling.
