Supply Chain & Support Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain & Support Executive will manage the issuance and tracking of civil works and OFC materials, tools, and equipment while handling hardware tickets and related administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate record‑keeping, invoicing, and support for various operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and track civil works and OFC materials such as ducts, RPC covers, and fiber cables.
• Maintain and monitor tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Handle hardware tickets, coordinate resolutions, and process invoicing through SAP.
• Process civil bills, prepare reports, and manage uniform issuance.
• Administer employee financial requests, attendance, overtime, medical and leave documentation.
• Coordinate installation and tracking of bike trackers.

Required profile

• BS Accounting & Finance / BBA Finance / MBA Finance or related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to handle support, administrative, and operational tasks.
