About the role
We are hiring a Support Engineer for a client that operates a high‑traffic cloud‑based platform. The position is full‑time and fully remote, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues submitted via chat and email while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve user‑reported technical issues through chat and email promptly.
- Document solutions and update knowledge‑base articles for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track complex issues to resolution.
- Provide clear, concise guidance on platform features and best practices.
- Monitor platform‑related inquiries in real time to minimize user downtime.
Required profile
- Experience providing technical support in a SaaS or cloud‑based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools for issue tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot across multiple operating systems and platforms.
