Sustainability Data Analyst – Operations EH&S

About the role

The Sustainability Data Analyst will support the Regional Head of Sustainability for APMEA Operations by driving accurate environmental reporting and data analysis. You will act as a bridge between internal workstreams and external partners to ensure high‑quality, compliant sustainability data across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and assure on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) sustainability data from multiple sources, including BAT and third‑party systems.
• Maintain and enhance the environmental reporting platform (Cr360), coordinating with UL for functionality upgrades.
• Develop and apply methodologies for environmental indicators in line with GRI, TCFD, TNFD, ISSB, GHG Protocol, CDP and other international standards.
• Prepare analytical and statistical reports to support decarbonisation, water‑saving and waste‑management programmes.
• Produce internal and external sustainability reports for corporate audit committees, ESG disclosures, annual reports and investor requests.
• Contribute to global standards and technical guidelines for climate, water and waste performance.
• Support the Global Sustainability digitalisation project as a cross‑functional team member.

Required profile

• Minimum MSc/BSc degree in Engineering, Business or a related environmental discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental data analysis, reporting or sustainability management.
• Strong planning, project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Cr360 environmental reporting system.
