System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to manage and secure our Linux and Windows environments. You will ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers and workstations.
• Administer user accounts, group policies, authentication systems, and access permissions.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to guarantee business continuity.
• Execute upgrades, patch management, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licences, and detailed documentation.
• Monitor security alerts, logs, and endpoint activity using SIEM/Wazuh and other tools.
• Investigate incidents, perform initial analysis, and coordinate remediation.
• Support security controls such as MFA, system hardening, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and GRC teams on audits and compliance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure management, or IT security.

Required skills

• Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls.
• Cloud platform basics.
• Cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, log monitoring, incident response.
• SIEM platforms (preferably Wazuh), backup solutions, access‑management systems.
• Security hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, MFA implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation abilities.
