System Engineer (Support) – III

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer (Support) – III to provide comprehensive IT support to all employees. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the reliability of our cloud and on‑premise services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employees with computer and IT‑related issues via phone, in‑person, and remote sessions.
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts and services across cloud platforms.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra, SharePoint, Office 365, endpoint protection, MFA, and related services.
• Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Maintain Active Directory environment, including groups, GPOs, domain controllers, and replication.
• Document and resolve end‑user system issues promptly and accurately.
• Write technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, warranty, and maintenance in coordination with finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar support role.
• Strong ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non‑technical staff.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience writing clear technical documentation.
