System & Network Administrator

About the role

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled System & Network Administrator to maintain, secure and optimise its IT infrastructure in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves both server‑side and network‑side responsibilities, with a focus on reliability and security during night‑shift operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, perform security hardening and manage backups, disaster‑recovery and restore procedures.
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and support L2/L3 technical issues.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, wireless networks and manage routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
• Implement network security measures – firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS – and respond to security incidents.
• Maintain documentation, IT policies, network diagrams and produce regular logs and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs and service providers to resolve issues and ensure 24/7 availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on system and network administration experience.
• Comfortable working night shift (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
