About the role

Flowmingo is seeking independent Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only position that allows you to leverage your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and answer basic product questions.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive a bonus for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
