About the role

Join Career141, a leading executive search firm with over two decades of market presence, to work remotely as a Talent Acquisition Executive. You will support local and international assignments across more than 15 industries and 20 countries, gaining hands‑on experience in executive search, headhunting and talent intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive headhunting and talent sourcing for assigned roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and databases.
• Build and maintain company‑wise and industry‑wise talent maps and strong talent pools for current and future mandates.
• Research target companies, competitors and organisational structures to create candidate lists and market maps.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, email and phone, pitch opportunities and nurture long‑term professional relationships.
• Translate job descriptions into effective search strategies, apply Boolean search techniques and shortlist candidates against defined criteria.
• Collaborate with the search team, meet daily/weekly sourcing KPIs and keep pipelines and activity reports up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• 0–3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or related areas; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication, research, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
