Talent Acquisition Executive (Remote)

About the role

Join Career141, a leading executive search firm, as a Talent Acquisition Executive working remotely from Pakistan. You will support headhunting and talent sourcing for a variety of senior‑level mandates across multiple industries and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive headhunting and build talent maps using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and databases.
• Research target companies, map organisational structures and create candidate lists through structured sourcing strategies.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, email and phone, pitch opportunities and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Translate job descriptions into search strategies, apply Boolean search techniques and shortlist candidates against defined criteria.
• Collaborate with the search team, meet daily/weekly KPIs and keep pipelines and activity reports up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• 0–3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or related areas; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication, good research and analytical abilities, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Ideally 500–5,000+ LinkedIn connections and familiarity with recruitment tech.
