Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead all staffing, onboarding and HRMS activities for Mashreq Bank Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of PICG, you will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess and hire the right talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define staffing needs, develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies, including agency partnerships, advertisements and new market evaluations.
• Conduct interviews, assessment centres and shortlist candidates for open positions.
• Recommend grades, salaries and maintain market salary information.
• Oversee full-cycle onboarding: orientation, HRMS data entry, contract preparation and confirmation processes.
• Maintain hiring trackers, employee files and related MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and provide guidance on disciplinary and policy matters.
• Support employer branding, talent development initiatives and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, staffing and onboarding within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour regulations and job evaluation processes.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and group‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to respond to onboarding queries promptly.
