Key responsibilities

• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
• Promote employer branding to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Analyze recruitment data with advanced Excel functions to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Adapt recruitment plans based on performance results and situational judgment.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and foster positive communication among all parties.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
