About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions. The role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience who are proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (internship or freelance acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (a plus).
