Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Axesell is seeking a world‑class recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for operations and sales positions. You will work directly with the founder, using AI tools to source, screen, and assess candidates, ensuring only qualified talent reaches interview stage.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for roles such as Amazon Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Graphic Designers, and Sales Executives.
• Build and maintain hiring pipelines and a bench of pre‑vetted candidates for on‑demand hiring.
• Headhunt high‑performers from competing agencies and companies, conduct technical screening calls, and negotiate salary terms.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, and day‑to‑day people management.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports in Excel, leveraging AI agents for sourcing, outreach, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or e‑commerce agency in Pakistan.
• Proven track record hiring for sales, technical e‑commerce, and marketing roles.
• Strong headhunting ability, confidence in salary negotiation, and experience with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Hands‑on experience using AI in daily workflows.
