About the role
ABS International is seeking a confident and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Karachi. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews in English.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment records and assist with onboarding.
- Support the HR Manager with daily recruitment activities.
Required profile
- HR/recruitment professionals with 6+ months of experience.
- BPO/call center professionals with excellent English communication skills.
- Fresh graduates with strong spoken and written English.
- Students or graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
