Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Flipdish is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Karachi hub and other markets. You will partner with hiring managers and People colleagues to source, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, from role kick‑off to offer and handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and inbound application management.
• Conduct structured screens and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Maintain accurate Greenhouse records, scorecards, and reporting; use data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Leverage AI, automation, and clear documentation to reduce manual work while ensuring fairness and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on recruitment experience managing roles through the full hiring lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities, including engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
• Confidence to build stakeholder relationships, clarify requirements, and challenge assumptions constructively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Notion.
• Practical AI literacy and experience building AI‑assisted recruitment workflows.
• Ability to interpret recruitment pipeline metrics and recommend actions.
