About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and manpower planning for its South Region operations in Karachi. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, executing bulk hiring drives, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline while adhering to company procedures and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring, from requirement gathering and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer processing and onboarding.
• Plan and execute bulk recruitment campaigns, walk‑in interviews, referral drives and other high‑volume hiring initiatives.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and social media; maintain a structured CV bank categorized by role, experience, location and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules, track attendance and feedback, and ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs.
• Handle offer approvals, documentation verification, and smooth joining formalities with HR and operational teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, generate regular hiring reports and flag any delays or sourcing challenges.

Required profile

• Graduation from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably with bulk hiring experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and job portal usage.
• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms.
