Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
