Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support full‑cycle recruiting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
